Family portraiture for me is one of the jobs I love to do. It is also as heartwarming as covering a wedding.
But the difference between the two, family portraiture is ajob where I have to immerse with the entire family from the kiddos to the lolo and lola so that they would be comfortable to me yet I still have to be a little bit out of sight so as to capture those real family moments. The location was at the Casino’s farm in the outskirts of Impasug-ong. The place was around 1 hour away from Cagayan de Oro City so we had to travel early. It was also my idea just to be sure that I’ll be having some nice shots with the kids running around before they ran out of energy. But that I was wrong, the kids were all over the place skipping their afternoon naps. It was I who surrendered and got a few zzz’s early in the afternoon.
All I could really say is that, I had a fun day with THE CASINOs……not forgetting to mention the tasty lasagna and the family’s signature version of the appetizer bagoong.
